Dr. Stephanie Shorter is a co-founder of Practical Venture Capital (PVC), a venture secondary firm based in Silicon Valley that buys LP and GP interests in early-stage VC funds.

Prior to PVC, she was a consultant for dozens of startups. Originally trained as a neuroscientist, she helped companies with product development and evidence-based positioning related to brain research, user psychology, and behavior change.
