SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 8

Geeks arrive in Medellín! Geeks check in to our luxury accommodation, before attending a welcome dinner to enjoy authentic Colombian cuisine with our hosts and fellow Geeks.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9
Explore Medellín’s tech ecosystem and gain insights from Colombia’s top industry leaders on the investment landscape, startup scene, and more. Hosted by Ongoing at EAFIT University, and planned in collaboration with one of the biggest family offices in the region, our day will feature an Investment Landscape panel, a top government official discussing Medellín’s transformation, a presentation on the role of the government in promoting innovation in Colombia, a founders spotlight session showing off Medellín’s top founders, and a cross cultural sharing of family office focused best practices.

End the day with a cocktail hour and networking session hosted by Pygma, and continue your evening by exploring Medellín’s night life.

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10
Join us on a factory visit to a Colombia based, global shapewear and lingerie brand, followed by a visit to the one of the biggest banks in South America. In the evening, use your free time to explore the city.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11
We are going paragliding! Enjoy stunning, panoramic views of the city while sailing high above. For those not looking for thrills, we are hosting a guided walking tour of Comuna 13, before taking an early evening flight to Lima.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12

Planned in collaboration with QAPU Ventures and Swiss Entrepreneurship Program, our day includes a panel on investment trends, an exploration of some of the top industries in Peru – fintech, mining, and proptech, a pitch event featuring top Peruvian startup founders, and a networking hour inviting additional investors and founders to meet our crew.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13

Explore downtown Lima and enjoy Peru’s world famous food scene. Then spend the early evening in a Geeks “unconference” - learning and sharing ideas, testing business models, and discussing current events in a private setting with your fellow Geeks. In the evening, the Geeks will enjoy a farewell dinner.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14

The Geeks depart to their home countries, or stay to explore more of Peru!
