WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10

Upon arrival in the evening, check in and enjoy free time out in the city.

THURSDAY, JUNE 11
In partnership with BiliŞim Vadisi and Terminal Istanbul, our core programming day in Istanbul will focus on the Turkish startup and investment landscape, with panels, conversations, and founder engagement designed to highlight regional strengths like mobile gaming.

FRIDAY, JUNE 12
The Geeks are visiting Cypher Games, one of the largest major gaming companies coming out of the region, followed by a Geeks-style unconference — a private, participant-led session for sharing ideas, testing perspectives, and discussing current themes with fellow Geeks. In the evening, we’ll come together for a farewell dinner cruise on the Bosphorus.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13
Geeks depart for their home countries or stay on to explore more of Istanbul.

We recommend booking afternoon or evening flights to allow flexibility for any Geek-organized add-on activities.

SUNDAY, JUNE 7
Arrive in Bucharest and check in to our hotel. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner to kick off the week and get to know your fellow Geeks.

MONDAY, JUNE 8
Our primary programming day in Bucharest will be hosted by How to Web, and will feature curated panels, discussions, and interactive sessions focused on the local startup and investment ecosystem. Our day will include an Investment Landscape panel, a Romanian innovation history deep dive, a Founders Spotlight of the most established startups in the country, and more.

TUESDAY, JUNE 9
On our company visit day, we will be spending time with Romania's first Unicorn, UiPath. We’re spending our afternoon on a “quest” using the Questo App, a Romanian based adventure company. In the evening, the Geeks are joining a dinner and demo night hosted by How to Web along to meet early stage founders in the region.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10

Enjoy a relaxed morning exploring Bucharest before flying to Istanbul later in the day.
