Daniel Thompson is the co-founder and CEO of Noma Collective, a global community for remote professionals offering curated work-away trips with private accommodation, reliable WiFi, logistics, and community experiences.

He began his career in the music industry at Charmfactory, rising to Head of Sales and producing large-scale events. After years organising immersive events and arts experiences in South America, including Mansion Boero, he transitioned to hospitality and community-focused ventures, ultimately founding Noma Collective to merge travel, work, and connection for global professionals.
