Edgar - the Co-founder and Managing Partner of SparkLabs Taiwan, is based in Taipei, and leads one of the region’s most active accelerators backing early-stage GenAI startups globally. As a former COO of Gogolook, he helped scale its caller ID app Whoscall to 50M+ downloads and secured global partnerships before its acquisition by Korea’s Naver. Edgar later became the founding GM of Camp Mobile Taiwan and has spent the last decade helping startups go global from day one.

He’s also Co-founder of the Jumpstart Program, which has cultivated 90+ entrepreneurial leaders, and serves as a board member and lecturer at National Taiwan University.
