Stuart is the Head of Software Engineering at Focus Global, a SEA retail company in the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia. He leads the data and engineering teams - building omnichannel customer experiences and expanding into new business verticals in retail SaaS.

Stuart is also a General Partner at Vector, a technology venture fund focus a focus on early stage SEA companies. He consults with startups on tech strategy and is working with data consultancy Thinking Machines to fine-tune and productionize open source LLMs for regional enterprise use cases.

Previously, Stuart built subscription products and banner infrastructure on Lyft’s passenger growth team, and contributed to document scoring models on Google’s search indexing team. He holds a BS and MS in Computer Science with a focus on Systems and Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University.
